Shipping and Delivery Information Our business hours are 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.Orders are typically filled within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
However, during high volume periods, it may take 72 hours to get your order processed and shipped, so please be patient.
Domestic clients are offered the following shipping options:
US Postal Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation (typical delivery time 3 business days)
Federal Express (delivery time is dependent upon service chosen)
We offer all clients the option of signing for US Postal deliveries at no charge:
If the package shows a confirmed delivery to the shipping address you provided, and you did not select to sign for the package. we will not be responsible for theft, US Postal Service errors, or other losses. All clients receive an email, listing your shipping information, at the time the shipping label is created.
In cases where your package is unclaimed and rerouted back to us, you are responsible for reshipping charges. If you are unwilling to pay for a reshipment, the products will be returned to our inventory and your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping fees of the original shipment.
International Shipments
You are responsible for duties or taxes associated with the delivery of your package.
International orders that are "refused" or "unclaimed" will be assessed not only the original shipping charges, but also the reshipping back to us.
Federal Express and UPS both assess return shipping, thus the double charge.
While we are happy to offer you the option of less expensive shipping via Air Parcel Post and various US Postal Services, these shipping methods do *not* offer tracking. If there would be a problem with the delivery of your package, there would be no way for us to find it, nor to recover our product costs of lost goods. Thus, if you choose to ship via a method that does not provide tracking, you agree to hold mineraz Cosmetics harmless for lost or stolen packages, as well as packages held-up in Customs.
We urge clients to ship via UPS or Fed Ex. Both services offer full tracking services with insurance included in the cost of your shipping fees.

Return Policies
Samples for most products are available for-sale on our website. We urge you to
order sample sizes for testing purposes. If you do not see a sample of the product you wish to sample for sale on-line, please write us for more information and we'll
do our best to create one for you.
Please understand that due to the cosmeceutical nature of our products, all sales are final.
Our cosmeceutical products are 100% guaranteed for quality assurance
We cannot accept returns on used color cosmetics and makeup tools.
Please order samples of our color cosmetics if you are unsure of a coloration.
Shipping problems, damaged goods, product defects, must be reported to us within
48 hours of receipt of order.
Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be refunded in
full as long as it is received here within 30 days of purchase.
**A 10% restocking fee will be charged on orders that have been refused or unclaimed, as well as for clients requesting entire-order returns.**
Returns received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken, etc., are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box to ensure safe delivery.
Please provide the reason for the return and condition of the product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
